For the owner, the dream took shape years ago after noticing the same gaps at repair shop after repair shop: a lack of genuine care, rushed service, and customers left feeling like just another work order. He set out to build something different.

At Modern Automotive, we believe the relationship between a shop and its customers should be built on trust and transparency. That means taking the time to explain not just what your vehicle needs, but why — how an issue developed, what it affects, and how to prevent it from happening again. We want you to leave understanding your vehicle better than when you walked in.

Our owner's automotive career began at BOCES in North Tonawanda, continued through an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology at Alfred State College, and has never stopped growing since. He holds an ASE Master Technician certification, MACS certification, and an extensive list of independent training credentials. The learning didn't stop there — it never does.

Modern vehicles are evolving faster than ever, and we believe that a technician who isn't actively training is already falling behind. That's why our staff attends monthly training courses covering the latest vehicle systems and technology. Staying current isn't optional here — it's a standard we hold ourselves to every day.
